From SF to London to NYC: Our Run Club Finds Its Stride

What began for us as a must-need morning run in San Francisco has become a three-city ritual — bringing AI operators, founders, and engineers together over miles logged and ideas exchanged.

Some of the best things we build start with a simple invitation to show up. Over the past few months, that invitation has taken the shape of a run.

Some of our most meaningful community moments have always happened over sports: pickleball, golf, and padel matches with builders across the country. The Run Club itself began in San Francisco in May, with founders gathering for a run along the Embarcadero. After two incredible runs there, the idea traveled with us.

From SF, we brought the Run Club to London. Our first run there took the team along the Thames, bringing together AI operators, founders, and engineers from across a city packed with talent within a few square miles, before ending back at the office over pastries and drinks.

Then, it came home to New York. Our first NYC run headed from Hudson River Park back to our SoHo office on a rainy (this didn’t stop anyone!) Saturday for coffee, pastries, and conversation with fellow AI builders. Seeing the team make time for their health and their minds, and trade sharp, curious perspectives along the way, is exactly the culture we are happy to be building at InstaLILY.

Whether it is running, pickleball, golf, or padel, we keep coming away having built something valuable. The Run Club continues across all three cities through the summer.
