Methodology

Conducted through Pollfish, launched October 9, 2026, with 250 completed responses. Respondents identified their industry as supply chain, logistics, distribution or wholesale, held a role at manager level or above, and confirmed their company uses AI tools, including AI features built into existing software, in daily operations.

Results reflect respondents' knowledge, perceptions and reported experiences. They are not an independent audit of company systems, data controls or incidents, and should not be read as estimates for all businesses in these industries. Segment comparisons are descriptive and were not tested for statistical significance.
